Requests for returns must be received within 14 days of the date of receipt. Items should not be altered, or washed. All original packaging must be included and the item must be accompanied by the receipt. Discounted/sale and made-to-order items are final sale.

Sccorpi does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the item for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s). Sccorpi has the right to deny returns for refund or credit if the merchandise does not meet the company’s return policy requirements.

We are not responsible for missing packages.

Store credits or refunds will not be processed until the return has been received and approved.
